License Cancellations, Reimbursements & Returns Policy
Effective June 15, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to charges RedBox bills to establishments for use of the RedBox platform license. It does not cover charges an end customer pays an establishment for a reservation or order; those are governed by our Delivery & Cancellations Policy.
Billing & charges
The license is a recurring monthly subscription charged to the card on file on each billing cycle. Charges may include:

Monthly minimum: a minimum monthly amount for use of the platform.
- •
Sales commission: a percentage of sales processed through the platform.
- •
Prepayments commission: a percentage of prepayments received for reservations.
- •
Additional users: a fee per additional active user. Applicable rates are shown at license activation and on each invoice.
Cancellation
The account owner may cancel at any time from the Billing section of the admin panel or by contacting RedBox.

When it takes effect: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The platform stays active until then, and no further cycles are billed afterward.
- •
Outstanding charges: commissions on sales already processed during the active period remain payable and are charged on the cycle's final invoice.
Reimbursements
License fees are non-refundable. Because the service is delivered continuously throughout each cycle, RedBox does not pro-rate or refund the monthly minimum, commissions, or per-user fees already charged.
- •
Billing errors: if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors (duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or miscalculated rates) will be corrected or credited.
Returns
The license is a digital service; there is no physical product to return. This section is included for completeness.
Changes to this policy
RedBox may update this policy at any time. The effective date reflects the latest revision.
